Cultivated and revamped Army OneSource employee trainings and conferences. Reviewer of training materials, training data (i.e. course outlines, agendas, and assessments) and other influential materials planned for employee development. Evaluated potential instructors, presentations, and workshops to ensure the betterment of Army OneSource team members while remaining cost conscience. Set training objectives and goals for Community Support Coordinators. Experienced in online training tools such as Web-Ex and LiveMeeting. Frequent meetings and extensive travel with Army Senior Leadership in the Chief Strategic Integration Division on matters involving personnel updates, marketing/communications plans, training development analysts, reports, and assessments. Managed, facilitated, and recorded Executive Counsel meeting minutes. Maintain meeting schedules for Program Director. Drafted and edited organization-wide correspondence.
