My leadership abilities afforded me the opportunity to continue serving the Decatur campus, through the driving force of positive energy, team development, and educational excellence. As a family, we changed that climate and developed a friendly, service oriented and enthusiastic campus. The campus was not profitable; we attacked bad dept, student payments, and department spending daily and maintained bonus eligibility for campus leadership. The campus was aggressively working through national accreditation challenges; success was achieved in graduation rates, but placement rate remained an opportunity area; as of October 2011 placement requirements achieved. Although, the economy job market remained a challenge, our team remained proactive in strategizing plans to uncover the hidden job market. My analytical skills, and implementation skills provided to Campus President allowed us to achieve the highest level of total college operation, including but not limited to: accreditation guidelines (ACCSC, COARC), ninety-ten requirements, Non-Public Postsecondary Education Commission (NPEC), policies and procedures, Sox policies and procedures, CCI internal policies and procedures, new program development, default management initiatives, marketing and forecast outlook, finance and budget projections, and human resource management. Set new standards in the student’s educational experience, quality of service, and unparalleled customer responsiveness. Academic Dean is responsible for implementing educational programs appropriate to the mission of the institution and for maintaining educational standards, which will ensure that the needs of the Institution and its constituents are met; achieved through the delivery of sound educational programs. I consistently demonstrated the ability to manage scheduling of course offerings, proper maintenance of student consumables, and review of classroom size ratios. Through the use of my strong teambuilding, communication skills, and training and development skills, resulted in the delivery of quality education, quality classroom professionals, and staff.

What they like about Everest Institute:

A hiring company that offers alternative approaches to pay, performance bonuses, and/or equity in the firm is very attractive to you. You're generally less interested in working for an organization offering only traditional, salary-based compensation, one with limited opportunity to acquire equity in the firm, or one that does not actively promote skill development. In addition, you are more likely to choose a company that offers a variety of internal career options, with defined career paths. You view the learning of new skills and development of your expertise as key to your career advancement. These aspects of an organization may become even more important to you as you progress in your field, and are especially critical if you change career or occupation.
