Simultaneously managed multiple projects/work assignments. Collaboration with McCann Erikson for strategic thinking and implementation, fluency in technology, extensive travel and expense reports, as well as meeting weekly performance targets for Senior Leadership. Partnered with Defense Web Technologies to create and launch the AOS Partnership webpage. Oversaw the Army OneSource Online Store. Monitored, tracked, and analyze inventory, service levels, and orders. Assisted with identifying trends and recommendations for improvement. Maintained a fiscally responsible budget. Expense and status report submitted to Senior Leadership weekly. Assisted with drafting the Marketing sections of the RFP bid for the Army OneSource contract FY 2010 and FY 2011. Program Integration Analysis: established National and local level Partnerships to support and maximize the Army OneSource mission and objectives. Acted as a liaison between Government agencies, National, and local community organizations. Researched government agencies, non profit Military organizations and civilian community agencies to further the goals of Army OneSource. Responsible for building relationships with community stakeholders to support Military Families. Assisted with the Launch of three Army OneSource Partnership Forums which resulted in the development of 26 states Call to Action. Supported several Army Community Covenant signings nationally. Conducted data analysis and created reporting tool facilitating the utilization of data analysis.
