Daily Duties at Mead Westvaco:
Overall responsible for Human Resources,Customer Service, Maintnenace, Logistics, Production Control, Accounting, and Operations - production, waste, safety. Responsible for profitability. In addition to P&L responsibilities in the East, this dual role personally identified and assessed methods to be used by all of the Division's production superintendents. Motivated, mentored and monitored their activity on a Division level. Had daily interaction with both union and non-union employees as well as sales, vendors and customers.
