Daily Duties at Ajilon Professional Staffing:
• Responsible for soliciting and executing permanent placement needs in the Greater Cleveland and Columbus markets generating over 95K in revenue. • Identify viable executive level accounting/finance and operational candidates from various sources including: directories, contact lists, databases, leads, newspapers, magazines and personal networking. Obtain defined job orders from clients with detailed job descriptions and skill requirements. • Maintain candidate relationships through regular contact to identify any potential positions or changes in career focus. • Consistently direct the hiring process with every candidate from first point of contact to acceptance of offer. • Research seasonal trends and market conditions to create a strategic marketing plan to target the right positions at the right times. • Participate in SHRM and ASWA networking opportunities to enhanced product knowledge of the staffing agencies. • Identify and develop client relationships with key decision makers within all divisions of corporation involved in hiring process.
