Generated maintenance revenue (invoiced, notified and collected annual maintenance fees for over 400 customers while achieving and maintaining an 18% cancellation rate). Duties included: Daily input to Onyx database, included sales, maintenance and shipping information. Extended evaluation software for prospective customers. Input all forecasted accounts into Business Engine Network System, field support including, contract administration, sales orders and proposal assistance. Interfaced between shipping/sales and customers. Processed sales force expense reports. Primary back up for Manager for Sales Operations as well as various assignments required by Manager of Sales Operations.
