Assisted lenders with new business development efforts through the preparation of proposals, sales presentations and external seminars using Word and Powerpoint. Duties included: Provided revenue/sales tracking/statistical reports for management using Excel, Word and Access Programs. Managed national exception pricing reporting. Prepared ongoing customer maintenance by responding to both internal/external customer inquiries. Processed customer quality satisfaction database (distributed surveys, collected and analyzed results for distribution to management). Maintained customer/prospect files.
