Daily Duties at The Training Associates:
Provide highly specialized project management and training on proprietary software to wealth management advisors of major financial industry firm, including providing of all training and materials.Schedule all group and one-on-one meetings to prepare firm’s users for conversion to new financial platform. Deliver desk side trainings and coachings. Maximize efficiency of delivery of training based on time requirements of financial professionals and their support staff. Conduct end user support using materials provided. Design and edit training materials. Communicate daily with upper level management regarding branch feedback and status updates.
