Recruit hire and manage 100+ CDL drivers to ensure both employee and customers expectations are meet by explaining to potential drivers what would be expected and getting their cooperation to ensure customer satisfaction. Move branch office to the Allentown location to be more accesible to our customers. Conduct safety meetings.
