Daily Duties at Brooks Automation Inc. :
Lead vacuum systems technician in 200 millimeter cluster tool group. Performed critical “first build” of pre-production prototypes unique to each customer as well as provided on-site customer support. Built, tested and installed first 200mm MX800 at Ulvac Technologies in Susono, Japan as well as first 300mm M6000 research vacuum tool at Samsung in Suwon, South Korea.
