Daily Duties at The Murphy Group:
Guided a group of recruiters in both retained and contingency searches in the verticals of accounting, finance, and tax positions at director and senior level. Responsible for client and candidate growth, contract negotiations, and guiding candidates through offer acceptance and relocation.
