Daily Duties at Rgs And Associates:

I worked at RGS, Crystal City, supporting the SWE SFMT. This position is focused on developing future budget analysis and metrics for the Surface Warfare community. I support the goals of the SWE through consulting and mentoring in the best application of enterprise principles, and through analysis and metrics support as follows: • Recognize the constraints embedded in working within government systems, and provide recommendations that strengthen enterprise budget management. • Identify opportunities for improvement of key Program Objective Memorandum (POM)/Program Review (PR) interfaces within the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. • Provide POM/PR performance for the enterprise. • Develop hierarchical financial metrics that link Enterprise POM/PR management efforts. • Provide POM/PR performance analysis to support enterprise decision-making. • Develop, document, and implement specific processes to manage POM/PR savings. I have in-depth knowledge of the PPBE process and Navy financial management; excellent Microsoft office skills, power point and Defense Connect Online (DCO).
