•Initially served as Human Resources assistant and Office Receptionist; •Process all Resumes and automate resume tracking process; •Process all new hires; I-9s; W-4s; orientation; job fairs; and central point person; •Promoted to train employees on Kronos Timekeeping System; •Responsible for processing full-time and part-time payroll; Accounts payable and receivables; •Serve as systems administrator to transition university to automated timekeeping process; •Payroll Processing for Approx. 3000 employees.
