Daily Duties at Dialogue Marketing:

• Conducts needs assessments and drives the design and development of instructional plans from front end analysis to implementation. • Manages multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables; and ensure these are met on time, with a high level of quality, and on budget. Special projects include coordinating with other Dialogue Marketing programs to ensure corporate training standards are in place. • Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. • Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play and computer-based training. • Research and development in the growth and best practices of corporate university infrastructure and sustainability; develop mission, vision, and charter for startup • Assign and identify curriculum and instruction with alignment of current job descriptions and work tasks based on hybrid training resources and material
