Daily Duties at Horace Mann Ins. Co.:
Take in new assignments from homeowner. Secure information and/or recorded statements when necessary. Entered info. into in house computer system. Assigned claims to independent adjusters when necessary. After obtaining all information/estimates document reason for paying claim. Requested and mailed checks. Sent denial letters on occassion due to no coverage per the insurance policy, which I would have to review.
