Daily Duties at Sharp Rees Stealy:

Oversaw global operations at four outpatient imaging facilities. Staff included four leads and 60 employees including support staff. Modalities included CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Density, Diagnostic, and Fluoro. • Directed the upgrade and replacement of MRI, CT, R&F, Ultrasound and several imaging modality systems. • Supervised the addition of a second mammography system, bone density testing and a third diagnostic room. • Created patient brochures and a marketing program for the CT/MRI Center. Established and edited the facility newsletter. • Increased customer service ratings by distributing informational materials and implementing meetings. • Worked with management in conjunction with the Studor Group to improve customer service and to ensure staff compliance.
