Daily Duties at Stock Building Supply:
I was hired as a Manager in Training in the Installed Sales Department. I provided supervision at on-site residential and light commercial construction sites for clients for whom we were building. Documented daily progress on over 50 homes under construction and determined sequencing of work to schedule necessary trades and materials for next step in construction. I supervised construction crews, scheduled material drops and trades crews during the construction process. Resolved issues concerning Architectural plans with contract crews. As a trainee, I completed special business projects as requested for District Managers. I also estimated turnkey building project costs for commercial/residential projects using DQ2000 Software and digitizer.
