Daily Duties at St. Mary's Medical Center:
Directed a department of 90 employees inclusive of support staff in a 403 bed hospital and an out patient imaging center. The department consisted of a 64 slice CT, 1.5T MRI, Ultrasound, diagnostic, flouro and interventional rooms. The out patient center offered mammography, diagnostic and flouro. • Established an orthopedic radiology room in a new out patient orthopedic center. • Redesigned the front reception area, separating the outpatient from the inpatient registration. Result: Patient satisfaction, quicker response times, more ergonomic work environments. • Established a more productive work schedule.
