Daily Duties at Hanford Community Hospital:

Direct and managed multiple operations within three hospitals and two outpatient imaging centers providing MRI, CT, Fluoro, and Radiology services. Lead a staff of over 120 with 60-70 clinical or licensed employees, five radiology department managers, one PACS manager and one advertising / patient liaison manager and 50-60 support staff. • Mentored managers in management protocol, human resource policy and procedures which increased accountability
