Daily Duties at Frito Lay Inc:
Managed 2 Distribution Centers and 13 Bin locations throughout the East Texas Area on a budget of 2.8MM and maintain operations of 119 assets. • Managed daily operations including cost, quality, invoice accuracy, service, planning/scheduling, labor, training, team meeting, deliveries, lease negotiation, monthly bills, customer service and vendors. • Created daily warehouse walk with Pre-shift and mid-shift meetings. • Implemented policies and procedures resulting in locations were in compliance. • Created checklist for inventory procedures, resulting in decrease in waste (shortages) by 75% • Led weekly meeting with Zone Sales Leader to plan future cases for volume push to ensure distribution of product. • Set-up a third party to support Sales Team during heavy peak times to deliver our product, resulting on time deliveries and achieving sales plan.
