Responsibilities: [1]- To lead team daily progress review sessions of achievement against timeline and budget. [2]- To ensure that the work products delivered by team members for sign off were of a high quality and matched with individual work plans. [3]- To maintain the project log (of risks, issues and changes) in which revisions to the timeline or action points pertinent to team members were recorded and progressed. [4]- To co-ordinate with staff who performed the daily close of day update to the Agency's project register & resource allocation schedules.
