Daily Duties at Freudenberg Filtration Technologies:
Maintaining positive employee relations, organization development, succession planning, conflict resolution, talent acquisition and recruitment, and performance management; assist in preparation of salary plan and other reports; payroll processing to include compiling, entering and reconciling errors using ADP payroll system; maintain and update Human Resources Information System; responsible for the administration of multiple site employee benefit programs to include: group insurance, life, medical and dental, accident and disability, insurance, pensions, investments and savings, and health maintenance organizations; coordinated human resources procedures between brokers, carriers and site management team to initiate benefits such as pensions, disability insurance, medical and life insurance; implemented new benefit programs; arranged and conducted employee information presentations and enrollments; support facility in all HR administrative areas.
