Daily Duties at 24 Hour Fitness :
Sells memberships/personal training packages. Teaches basic muscle physiology/anatomy. Plans strength and aerobic exercise routines. Enforces safety guidelines. Performs body composition analysis as needed. Measures and calculates target heart rate. Incorporates stretching, proprioceptive, and core exercises as needed. Addresses postural deviations.
