Daily Duties at Cetero Research:

•Reported directly to the Director of Clinical Operations •Coordinating and directing five teams of 18 FTE Supervisors and over 280 Clinical Support staff to drive operations of two sites in Fargo, ND and East Grand Forks, MN. •The spearhead for human capital management functions encompassing staffing/hiring, training, payroll monitoring, scheduling, and discipline. •Maintaining strict compliance with GCP, FDA, and OSHA requirements and regulations. •Manage and direct the redesign of operational processes and procedures in the clinics for improvements in quality, speed, and efficiency •Manage the clinical support staff consisting of phlebotomists, sample processing technicians, Subject Safety monitors, and overnight medical monitors. •Developed and Performance of annual performance evaluations and quarterly follow up on performance improvement •I spent 9 months as the interim Quality Control Manager •Served as Chair of the CAPA Board responsible for identifying trends and implementing procedural changes to improve quality.
