Daily Duties at Cetero Research:

•Report directly to the CIO •Facilitate and direct the implementation of a corporate strategic initiative to harmonize new practices and procedures •Create standardized and superior processes across all company sites in the US and Canada. •Travel between and evaluate current practices and procedures at each site and determine or develop standards for all clinics, particularly with the objective of maximizing the benefits of electronic data capture. •Manage and direct the redesign of operational processes and procedures in all clinics to standardize them for improvements in quality, speed, and efficiency. •Develops or directs the development of new SOPs, work instructions, and other guidance as needed to harmonize procedures. •Determine business requirements, make decisions on behalf of the business, and provide guidance for the ongoing development of EDC to support improvements. •Organize and lead training teams to develop enterprise training programs for EDC usage •Research, write, and present capital expenditure request to senior management •Gap analysis of site differences and procedures •Liaison between clinical operations and IT departments
