Daily Duties at L789 Productions:

Sit down with the client and define their objectives and run a creative session with the clients, after we run the creative session I go back and create three creative approaches with budgets and go back and pitch them to the clients and they usually pick one one or two concepts and I marry them and redefine the budget. I then create a production outline (for detailed execution) so they understand the steps needed to complete their project and I also determine where the end product will be viewed, smartphone, on demand, etc. and I design the interactivity that will or may be needed to track viewers and responses sometimes this means winning prizes or product and I set up implementation and fulfillment . Once we start the typically there phase scripting process I put together my videographers, lighters, audio techs, appropriate camera or film equipment, music designers and audio sessions, cast talent for on camera and voice over, graphic and animation designers and choose a post production house where I will do the editing. I work from concept through delivery and use objectives strategies and tactics to achieve the clients goals. Versatile problem solver, comfortable using multiple media platforms for promotions, Clients come to them for original thinking, design expertise, and the unwavering pursuit of simplicity. I help clients focus on their real objective and the part that really matters to the audience, a consummate project manager; proactively managing budgets, timelines, resources, and expectations, film, and/or video from concept development through finishing, final conform, and output, fluent in creating proposals that set clear expectations, scope boundaries, doable timelines, and detailed tech specs. expert at client management and engagements, including setting expectations in light of limited budget/time and proactively surfacing client-driven budget overrun to get client approval before pre-commit. I am at ease both leading in-house resources as well as pulling together external teams to drive flawless execution. have a friendly, but firm, direct and fair, management and communication style. I am centered and even-keeled when the pressure is on, the timeline is too short, and the client is on fire, since you are the one that creates calm in the eye of the storm. I have good negotiation skills and know that framing and perspectives are everyday tools you use to influence clients and creative’s. Experience producing and/or directing motion graphics, video, or film for advertising, broadcast, or web. works closely with various internal Marcom teams to create best-in-class customer-facing video communication. This includes, but is not limited to: videos and animations for communication on apple.com as well as live event, in-store motion signage and interactive kiosks, and content supporting various Apple software and hardware.responsible for overseeing development of materials from inception to completion, including helping the creative team understand the objectives, target, messages, and desired outcome. Requires a strong ability to facilitate the development of marketing messages and ensure they are appropriately reflected within the communications. works cross-functionally with Apple's Retail, Software and Hardware Marketing groups to create solid communications plans and ensure creative objectives are well defined and appropriately executed to achieve desired results. The position oversees projects and ensures they are produced on strategy, on time and within budget. Day to day responsibilities include managing creative development and production, maintaining all work flow, presentations, approval processes, schedules and budget management . The position works closely with other teams within the Marcom group to produce all deliverables. have prior video and motion graphic production experience, excellent communication skills, demonstrated project and budget management skills as well as a solid understanding of the creative development process. Strong leadership abilities are required, as this position informally leads multi-disciplinary teams and requires marketing communication expertise at both a strategic and executional level. Working knowledge of the video post-production process is highly beneficial. Multi-media, interactive kiosk/disc, or web project experience a definite plus. have prior video and motion graphic production experience, excellent communication skills, demonstrated project and budget management skills as well as a solid understanding of the creative development process. Strong leadership abilities are required, as this position informally leads multi-disciplinary teams and requires marketing communication expertise at both a strategic and executional level. Working knowledge of the video post-production process is highly beneficial. Multi-media, interactive kiosk/disc, or web project experience a definite plus.
