Daily Duties at Guidepoint Global Advisors:
Endothelial cell culturing in a fermentor, development of bioreactor and design validation and verification protocols. I design the impeller system and the micro-sphere volume, feed stream, etc as well as the validation and verification protocols for the whole system. Injection molding design for production of a variety of vascular access devices. Design the plastic injection mold and process for different parts of devices as well as write and test SOP’s, Out of Tolerance Reports, manufacturing and design verification and validations procedures to be approved by the FDA.
