Served as the chief academic officer in the Southeastern Region. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and management of 5000 faculty members in 34 campus and learning centers in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Puerto Rico. Opened and provided academic resource support to Maryland and Rotterdam (Netherlands) Campuses. Experienced in all three UoP modalities, classroom, online, and FlexNet (combination of classroom and online).
