Daily Duties at Officemax, Inc.:

• Responsible for total store operations including human resources, monitoring store expenses, financial analysis, payroll budgeting, and profit and loss review. • Directed three assistant managers and eight department supervisors to ensure visual excellence and total customer satisfaction. • Partnered with district manager to create a sales strategy to drive the business and create a better bottom line in a $4 million-store. • Created a quarterly business plan to better analyze all contributing factors that affected the bottom line of the store. • Conducted monthly all-store meetings and weekly manager meetings to train and motivate associates.
