Reviewed audit findings with upper level executives and coordinated a plan to achieve satifactory results in areas which reflected inadequate findings. • Performed project planning which included assessing risk based on size of company location or collateral characteristics. • Interacted with clients and various deal team members (originators, underwriters, portfolio managers and/or credit officers) to communicate our scope and to plan and execute the field exam. • Performed on-site reviews of clients, and prospects companies, which included developing a valuation model or borrowing base; utilizing current asset collateral (accounts receivable and inventory) and evaluating the supporting business processes, information systems and controls for such working capital items. • Reviewed accounting records and other financial information, quantitative analysis and various tests, including physical observation and counts of inventory. • Communicated significant findings and potential areas of concern to applicable deal team members. • Prepared formal reports. • Provided support for the syndication and deal execution process. • Conduct and complete independent audits that test the reliability and integrity of financial and operating controls surrounding business processes as they have an effect on the Company’s financial statements in a timely manner. • Complete reviews, assessments, and/or other confidential investigations at the request of the Field Exam Team Leader. • Determine the adequacy and effectiveness of the organization's system of internal control and the quality of performance to ensure compliance to policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulations that could have a significant impact on operations and the company's financial statements.
