Expanded the distribution channel and obtain direct sales to top F50 companies in each market for CRM and telecommunication solutions which resulted in revenue growth from 400k a year business to a 24 million dollar a year business. • Sold self service, prepaid systems and unified messaging solutions to Greenfield opportunities which included 21 service providers with average sales > 1m • Sold CRM solutions to over 100 enterprises through both direct and distribution channels which included Self service solutions , enterprise policy management , reporting and management system • Achieved 100% payment collection record for all deployed systems by using key C level relationships • Led multiple major product migration campaigns that successfully retained 100% of the installed based • Excelled at channel sales, contract negotiations and strategic alliances which closed major contracts >3m • Managed the sales effort with key Partners headquarter in Sweden and Germany to top 100 companies that resulted in multiple key sales for the company • Managed the design and deployment team that achieved the first sale of an IMS application for Intervoice in the Americas Channel Manager Operations, 1993 - 1994 Organized the international support structure to provide pre and post sales support to the sales organization and the international distributors channels. • Standardized the support procedures using industry best practices resulting in the reduction of meantime to repair and lessen the training time required to bring a distributor to full production capability • Designed and deployed a program to generate sales quotes which delivered on time material requisition and reduced on hand inventory • Coordinated with R&D for the development of data and telephony interfaces that opened new market opportunities • Managed the operations for the Latin American Region which grew 150% during the year
