Three Positions Held: Allied Health Program Director / Externship Coordinator Developed and implemented Class Room Schedules ➢ Forecasted Graduates for extensive Reports ➢ Held all Advisory Board Meeting for all Allied Health Care Programs Medical Assisting/ Medical Billing and coding Pharmacy Technician Massage Therapy Placing students on Externship Sites Recorded hours, Midpoint Reviews and Final Reviews Gathering all Information and updated Campus Vue ➢ Daily Visits to Externs Sites were mandatory to review students’ behavior on site ➢ Developed new sites Foretasted Number of Hires from Extern Sites Held a 30% or higher Placement Rate for Externs Hired Lead Allied Health Care Instructor ➢ Review all Allied Health Care Instructors on a Regular Basis ➢ Class Room Reviews unannounced ➢ Reviewed all graduates grades/attendance for all Allied Health Care Instructors ➢ Taught Evenings as Allied Health Care Instructor ➢ Conduct all P.B.E.T’s for Instructors Allied Health Care Instructor ➢ Instructor of Medical Assisting and Medical Coding and Billing ➢ Recorded Attendance and Grades for each Student/Mentor and Tutoring before and after each class. Awards given after each Module
