Daily Duties at 3rd Group, 5th Brigade, 75th Training Division:
Assists the Company Commander in the supervision of 83 assigned Soldiers that train in and conduct full spectrum operations training for BN/BDE level staffs preparing to deploy in support of the war on terrorism; conducts unit formations and assists the Commander in daily unit operations; advises the Commander on enlisted Soldier matters to include duty assignments, promotions, leave programs, military justice, privileges, awards, welfare and recreational activities, human relations, equal opportunity, and alcohol and drug abuse concerns; enforces Army standards of appearance and conduct; promotes esprit de corps; promotes the Army Safety Program.
