Daily Duties at Agilysys:
Managed projects as a member of a sophisticated single-source content development group, experimenting with innovation in knowlege transfer within Agile software development teams, and constantly improving user experience. Wrote, managed and renovated content and related processes for an international hotel and property management system. Captured and demystified integrations with tier one point of sale and inventory systems. Contributed to a world-class documentation process design and content management architecture,including portal development, delivery methods, and automation of technical documentation.
