Daily Duties at Costas Chocolates:
Lead the entire organization in developing and maintaining the business model. Create technology infrastructure to support business development. Create marketing programs for both business units. Assess competitiveness of each business unit across geographic and demographic dimensions. Designed and implemented business intelligence (BI) framework and solutions. Lead in gathering business requirements and preparing technical designs and specifications. Created data models with a comparison/contrast between current and future state design. Analyzed source data and mapped to staging, then to production database with custom SQL scripts. Created SSIS Integrative Models for continuous updating and management of the reporting database. Created new SQL Queries to use with the customized reporting tool. Created extensive SQL query drilldown and ad hoc analysis of our sales and marketing programs. Created, optimized, and tuned SQL queries to maximize performance and operation.
