Daily Duties at Sdm International:
Led and directed the implementation of large ATM systems for key clients located throughout North and South America. Onsite Manager for technical staff and liaison between our company and client . Served as technical developer lead for financial transaction processing systems on several projects.. Started with developing updates to exsisting ATM software, to include technical specifications, coding, testing and implementation. Some software was developed onsite and tested at client locations, being single I was the travler and spent most of my time onsite. I gained the trust of the customer and brought in additional work for our company and increased the offerings of our software base products. I was project manager onsite and creaed work plans and resource plans with IBM France and IBM Italy on a large ATM and POS card system. I worked onsite for over 2 years on this project. I was hired back on as the onsite project manger for IBM Mexico for the largest ATM deployment of our software in Mexico City. This consited of weekly meetings with IBM Mexico and and daily meetings with our staff onsite and offsite develeopers. I managed the code integration efforts, testing and implemention and post warranty implementation of this project.
