Daily Duties at Branch Bank And Trust:
Managed the application developementment and systems support for all financial applications which included: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, COGNOS Budget / Reporting, Payroll, Sales Incentive, and Materials Management. Lead quarterly meetings with the CFO and senior management to review projects statuses and align direction of systems to the corporation. Directed a technical staff of 21 to 35 individuals, depending on project workload. Was responsible for all system vendor upgrades for all supported applications, along with internal O/E (Operational Excellence) projects which were needed to support the growth of specilized projects for the banking network. During this time I also oversaw 35 bank conversions onto the Financial Platform.
