Daily Duties at Bcbssc:
Oversee crisis management of the billing and enrollment applications used for military personnel (active and retired). Maintain the performance and reliability of the existing system and lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of a replacement system. Collaborate with national customers to gather requirements for various projects, including JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions. Meet directly with customers on a quarterly basis. Supervise 15 to 33 personnel comprised of FTEs and contractors.
