Daily Duties at Bcbsnc:
Manage the Federal Employee Program (FEP) used for federal employee personnel (active and retired). This to include: Ensuring Daily production SLA's (System Level Agreements) Client meetings to prioritize request and workloads. Interface with the FEPOC on yearly directives, and meet with them quarterly to sync up the FEPOC operations center and Local (BCBSNC systems) Manage the implementations of the FEPOC quarterly releases Manage the Individual Performace Plans (IPW) for my team to include Goals and Objectives, One on One Meetings, and team meetings. Hire new staff, and terminate non-performers. Manage onsite and offsite employess with in matrixed teams to include up to 24 personnel. Activley Participate in IS Leadership Forums during presentions on forecasting and project portfolio, and resource management Manage the Project workload using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodoligies depending on the best fit per project. Manage the day to day budget for the FEP IS team and actively participate in the yearly funding process with BCBSNC and the FEPOC. Participate on the Archeture and Design Sessions for
