Work with our business partners to verify all applications and special programs that they have on their computers. Follow up with our business partners after the computers have been placed to answer any questions that they might have with their new computer. Update spread Kaiser inventory spread sheets Assist members of the staff with their computer moves and Remedy trouble tickets. Assist members of the I.T. staff with any trouble tickets.
