My role is to organize and coordinate resources in order to meet the needs of specific members and depending on the client and the setting, they may use my case management skills in different ways. Currently review for medical necessity for outpatient services. I strive to ensure patients receive the appropriate treatment at the appropriate time. Strong knowledge in Milliman care guidelines. I am strong in organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. I'm strong in customer service skills, as well as, I have the ability to manage and prioritize the daily work effectively. I have the ability to communicate professionally, concisely, and effectively with internal and external customers. Telecommuting with providers, members and community resource agencies
