Daily Duties at Self:
3 C's:Communication, Consistency, Confidentiality Interface with Company/ Owner representatives, create passenger and crew profiles.Provide Concierge Services. Handle all in flight passenger and crew needs; safety briefing, dining, secretarial, reconfigure interior for passenger requests, solicit and create orders for future legs or flights Ensure and enforce all safety requirements Take care of all passenger requests for comfort or business needs during the trip; transportation, accommodations, reservations, shopping, dry cleaning. “Sell” the Charter company for further client use through service and knowledge.
