Followed up with cards and phone calls.Attending their services if my schedule permitted, visiting them at home with grief support and estate settelment material, persuading them to protect themselves with their own policy or another loved one, and bring them special memorials to help them along in their grief cylce.Assessed new markets and provided materials and well at seminars for public education on last planning
