Finance Project Manager for Oracle Implementation – ensured go-live date was met Supervised and coordinated finance staff roles – 3 direct reports, 25 indirect reports Trained global staff (250+ employees in 4 countries) on general ledger, coding and set up processes (webinars and face-to-face training) Developed on-going training materials for 8 segment chart of accounts Procedure Development – A/R, A/P, purchasing, payroll, inventory, order management, billing, Oracle incentive compensation and general ledger Account reconciliation and daily journal entries Development and writing of global management reports Global financial consolidations
