Established and lead the HR Headquarters Office for the Caribbean area (Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Curacao, Dominican Republic). Strategically partnered with executive levels to analyze business needs aligned with HR areas securing organizational goals and growth. Implemented and administrated all HR areas including succession and management planning, compensation & benefits for a separate international assignment contractors/expatriates).
