Developed and Instruct classes in the GP 50 series, 100 series, and 200 series, such as Chemistry, Physics, Thermodynamics, Electrical Science, Fluid Flow and Heat Transfer, Project Management, Leadership Skills, Issue Resolution Teach all Nuclear Accredited Maintenance “A” Technician training in both a class and lab setting using the SAT, combined with a blended approach, and CBT, involving pumps, motors, valves, piping, tooling, rigging, and machining Involved with a new corporate wide curriculum development program aligning all stations to one unique standard utilizing individual Subject Matter Experts (SME), past experiences and Benchmarking Certified in Adult Learning, Adult Education Facilitate Learning and Improved Performance Lead the Design, Development and Delivery of Station Goals, Initiatives, and Standards Maintenance, Construction Superintendent duties during refuel
