Daily Duties at Entergy:

 Develop and enforce new business strategies and visions to create a changed culture that in turn obtained goals not achieved by this team in a great amount of time  Provide organizational guidance, direction, leadership, and planning for all departmental related activities such as: performance, prioritization, budget goals, staffing plan, corrective action program, training program, work management process, contract negotiations, vendor negotiations  Teach both technical craft and leadership development  Project Manager over numerous Projects driving schedule and budget  Provide First Line Supervision to Union Craft  Audit systems, processes and training to ensure excellent performance  Drive Back-log reduction, Human Performance, and Safety Standards  Interface with numerous other disciplines to achieve the same goal of a safe productive work space  Develop new corporate fleet concept for 5yr staffing plan  In place when Department went from number 12 in Fleet to number 3 Fleet  In place when CR indicators went from a consistent red to a consistent green  Propose and present numerous time saving, money saving, tooling saving, resource saving, work methods (ECI program)  Management Sponsor on numerous Root Cause Evaluation teams
