Daily Duties at Medline Industries:
Continued to manage my territory. Managed 4 Territory Managers from Bakersfield, Sacramento, and Nevada. Monthly rode with a Territory Manager coaching them while calling on long term care facilities within assigned territory;Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers; Establishing and nurturing client relationships; Developing strong relationships with key decision makers;Maintaining existing business and presenting new products;Preparing bids and price quotes; Taught reps how to navigate the inner workings of Medline corporate as we were served by several various product divisions that assisted us in selling the over 100,000 SKU's. Occasional cold calling
