*Serve as the primary client contact and manage existing relationships. *Collaborate with clients to identify key cross media marketing communication business questions including determination of Marketing ROI and develop a planned analytics approach. *Analyze data utilizing quantitative data analytical tools. *Communicate the project’s status, develop and update project implementation plans. *Manage internal and external projects, write research findings and present results to clients. *Meet project deadlines and consistently exceed client expectations. *Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the client portfolio.
