Daily Duties at Price Smart:
Controlled and coordinated the opening of 6 locations in 6 different countries. Managed all aspects of opening operations including memebership sales promotions, budgeting, warehouse layout, merchandising and inventory control. Hired and trained operations teams. Ensured compliance with governmental and labor regulations. Reported and responsible for preopening and operating budgets and profitability. Instrumental in development of processes and procedures to improve productivity and delivery of customer service.
